I love them! I get compliments on them wherever I go, which leads to a conversation about body mechanics, health, the joy of running, skating, etc. They provide much more support than five-finger vibrams. Both these and the five-finger Vibrams are my favorite shoes of all time. They are very high quality and highly recommended.

I really like the shoes so far. My feet relax when I open up my toes. I have had a problem with my small toe slipping out of its slot. I have a hard time getting them on. My toes are pretty bad though. I wonder if a size smaller would have been better. I want to use them to work out and see if my toe slips out.

My shoe size is between 10 and 10.5 so I opted for the medium. I guess I should have sized up with the socks too? For me I guess they’re alright, I like being able to move my toes in a sock. They’re just the slightest bit snug
