Great quality and feel.
It took a few days to get used to them but they feel great. Plenty of traction and protection. I ordered a half size up from my running shoes and go without socks.
Men's Strand ATRBest Shoes I've Owned
I hate normal shoes; they hurt my feet. I could never find a show I liked running in. There was one 5k I ran almost exclusively in socks because of it. These are the first pair of shoes I've run in that I didn't have the middle of my foot feel like it's splitting, getting tight, or sore. Very Comfortable and, thus far, durable. Great Shoes.

Got awesome bee color - black and yellow. It is my first time with ATR shoe. Anyway this is my third toe shoe (Apollo Golf and Strand Sport Mesh). ATR is awesome!, it feel like I am wear hiking shoe! Yes, I will order more later, I am going for ATR shoe with different color as wait for size and color availability come up.

The ATRs, my third different type of Peluvas, are fantastic for mid-range San Diego trails, disc golf courses and Ultimate. Grippy, easy to balance, perfect for these sports. Love my Peluvas!

I experienced minimal discomfort and adapted to them quickly, likely because I am used to toe socks. My primary concern lies with the breathability of shoes. I naturally have sweaty feet, and after two weeks of consistent wear, even with changing socks twice daily, a significant odor developed. Also do not hike in weeds in these, you will catch a lot of stuff with your toes.

I've loved my Peluva's! I'm an office worker, and though I don't do a lot of standing, I love wearing these shoes. I love how stable they make me feel when walking, I love starting to see more strength in my foot after a month of using them, and I love that taking them off doesn't immediately make my feet shout in joy. Great shoes, would absolutely recommend.

Very nice shoes. No longer have bad foot pain and can walk normal instead of with a limp. Able to get around much easier. Plan to buy another pair and highly recommend the crew socks with these.

Putting the shoes on took some getting used to as the toes aren't used to being free. First week was just for that, getting used to the feel. It's hard getting the right size for me because 10.5 kinda hugs my second toe but my right foot slides a bit while running in the 11 and can't just put another pair of socks on with these. Nice going from composite toe boots to the Flexy's. Definitely enjoy the feel while doing field cardio and gym exercises and yes, my feet are cramping less as I wear them more.

These walking shoes are liberating once you get used to the feel of walking with a low rise sole. It forces you to walk more vertically and is a more strenuous leg workout. They are well made and it is important to size up as they recommend. I purchased a different well known brand of toe socks which compliment these beautifully. I typically power walk/ jog 4 miles in most weather conditions. I can no longer wear regular width walking shoes. Better for foot health all around.
Barefoot shoes that keep kicking
I haven’t had my Peluva’s for very long, but I decided to put them to the test, hiking Old Rag Mountain in Shenandoah National Park. The Old Rag Mountain circuit hike includes nearly two miles of granite scramble and climbing along the ridge line. It’s a rough and tumble ramble and loads of fun, and the Peluva ATG performed well. They were super grippy and I could easily climb up rocky inclines with a short sprint. There was a little wear and tear, which is to be expected considering the demanding terrain.
Absolutely incredible
The comfiest thing I’ve ever had on my feet. Very well made compared to the cheaper options. Has immediately helped me with balance and foot comfort. Before these shoes it used to hurt taking my first steps in the morning since wearing these for about 2 weeks those first steps are no longer painful.

My Peluva men’s Stran ATR barefoot shoes are awesome! They fit great, are incredibly comfortable, help with balance, and love crushing the weights at the gym in them! Oh yeah, they are attention grabbers and look pretty cool too! Definitely order 1/2 to 1 full size up as they do fit a little small.

I probably only have about 48 hrs total on them but I really like them. I started slow and almost immediately (within 2hrs) I thought "how can they be this comfortable". About 1 year ago I started a journey to steadily move away from my orthotics and regular shoes. Eventually zero drop with wide toe box was working great, then I wanted to try these 5 toe shoes with wide toe box (I had "vibram 5finger" shoes but they seem narrower) and they've been great. I Just finished a disc golf course today and never felt better coming off the course (it had alot of hills) . I have 2 pair, 1 for weights and exercises, and1 for every day and im getting 2 more,1 for hiking and 1 for regular golfing.

This was the 3rd pair of Peluva I've bought. Loved my Lightweight Trainers, but running on concrete was a tad unforgiving... Then I got the black and yellow Strand ATR... OMG, the added comfort on pavement and concrete is absolutely welcome! Same great tactile feel, with just a tad more support and comfort! Oh... and they look cool... real cool!

I am new to the toe shoes. These shoes will be the only shoes I wear from here on out until I am no longer walking. I first bought a pair of the Men's Stand ATR at the end of January. I ordered the same size as my regular shoe and when they arrived they felt great. I should have gotten a half size up but im size 13 and the next size was 14. I was afraid they were gonna be too big as I didnt plan on wearing socks. At first they felt great but after a couple months it felt a little tight. I attributed the tightness to my feet conforming to the natural splay being widened due to new use of this type of shoe. When I would prop my feet up and let it rest on the heels my pinkie toes would slide out. This made me think if I were to get a size bigger that it would make the pinkie toe fall out the pocket even more so I didnt think anything of it. Winter was here for a couple days(Texas) and the new Winter boots came out. Instantly purchased those as well and kept my regular size 13 for those as well. These were a bit tighter than the ATR but I had slightly faded thr inside sole where it shows Peluva brand name so I didnt reach out for a return as I figured it would have been declined. Then the new color Black/yellow DAVID Stay flexy color combination came out and I decided to go ahead and try the size 14. Boy oh boy I should have done what Peluva recommended the first 2 times as they clearly know the recommendations for sizing. Yes my pinkie toes still slip out but only when I curl my toes downward. The extra size difference allowed my big toes and other little piggies to have more room to naturally stay in the pockets easier especially when in a depp squat position applied with standing on tip toes in the deep squat position. I'm able to move my feet in the natural positions that you can without wearing shoes while being barefoot. These toe shoes are a game changer. My feet and toes are stronger. My toes are more splayed out instead of being crammed together and are more grounded for a solid foundation. If you have been thinking about it but just haven't made a decision on yes I hope this review will help someone else out there consider the change. Just make sure you get half a size to full size up so you have room if you decide to include the socks. Adding the socks will also help fill the shoes in more and lessen the chance of pinkie toes falling out of the toe pockets. I will never wear another pair of non toe type shoes from here on out. Thank you to Peluva for creating the outlet and to David as well for promoting this as I would have never given them a chance unless I saw his videos.
I really like them!
First time with minimalist shoes or barefoot shoes. First time Peluva customer. I love them. I like this black and yellow style. I love how natural my feet feel and connect with the ground in my stride. I wear them all the time. I fit in the exact same shoe size. I prefer mine with the Peluva toe socks.
