As a Certified Personal Trainer, and someone who has spent years studying movement, performance, and overall body mechanics, I’m extremely picky about footwear. Most shoes restrict natural foot function, squeeze the toes together, and disconnect us from the ground. Peluvas do the exact opposite.
The individual toe design looked different at first, but after wearing them, I honestly don’t want to go back to traditional shoes. My feet feel stronger, more stable, and more connected to the ground whether I’m training, walking, or simply going about my day. The natural toe splay and freedom of movement are unlike anything I’ve experienced in other athletic shoes.
What surprised me most was realizing how restricted my feet had felt in conventional footwear all these years. Once my feet adapted, everything just felt more natural.
I wear these for workouts, walks, errands, and pretty much any opportunity I get. They’re lightweight, comfortable, incredibly well-made, and always spark conversations when people see them.
As someone in the fitness and sports industry, I’m a huge believer that healthy movement starts from the ground up. Our feet are our foundation, and Peluva is one of the few companies creating footwear that actually respects how the human foot was designed to function.
I rarely get this excited about a product, but these exceeded every expectation I had. If you’re on the fence, take the leap. Your feet will thank you.

I really love these shoes This is my 3rd pair of Peluvas. The sport mesh has so far worked very well.
I use them while doing intense TRX workouts and no problems.
They are light weight and comfortable while working out or walking.

It's a good feel, it's comfortable and flexible. I'm not sure how good the sizing is because I'm pretty snug in the toe, I'm assuming as it breaks in it will fit just right.
I love them so far. I feel I need to try a size smaller to fit my foot a little more correctly. They do relieve me of constant pain in my feet. I will be using more of these shoes.

My new everyday shoe
I bought a pair "gently used" and found these shoes ultra comfy and easy for trail walking with my dogs. I bought a new pair from this online store and wear them to work to break them in. They're definitely attention-getters. I work as a caregiver for several elderly but mobile women and they are still wearing shoes that bind their feet. I stopped with that nonsense years ago with running shoes, but it wasn't enough to keep my toes from staying scrunched together. The Peluvas and toe socks help keep my toes wiggling freely and now it's much easier to stretch them out. I plan to purchase more pairs in different colors.

My last pair of minimalist shoes were Vibrams that I have used for about 10 years, these were a really nice upgrade. Much more durable. I did get a half size up instead of a full size, and like a lot of people say it feels tight at first . But after about my 6th or 7th time wearing them it became much easier (just my pesky pinky toe has is the issue!). Excellent shoes, easy to clean, feel great. Your foot will have to adjust and I still recommend switching out other shoes but overall very happy with this purchase.
I've had my set for about 5 days, my feet were wrecked from bunyons and snug shoes. Wearing them the first couple of days, I noticed by day 2 my feet had straightened out, there is some discomfort but it's becoming less and I don't have the foot fatigue at the end of the day, considering I walk 4 to 6 miles daily. They're taking some getting used to but I can see an improvement in my feet even after 5 days of use. I would strongly recommend these instead of surgery or toe spacers. They are lightweight, fit like a glove and the bottoms provide enough support that you walk over virtually any terrain.

Surprisingly comfortable
I bought the loafer slip on versions previously and they had hard stitching on the inside that pressed into the toes making them very uncomfortable. I didn’t let that sway my opinion of the company and figured maybe I caught a raw deal on a bad pair. The strands atr definitely is a winner and even though I had trepidation made up for it big time. I been wearing them not stop after work for long walks with the family

The socks fit (just barely). I'm a size 12 (U. S.) and the largest size feel nice if I don't push the toes in completely. I like being able to move all of the toes independently. Great so far.

WOW...very different from the traditional type shoe...I like it!
For me it is taking some getting used to, especially on my left foot. I have some challenges with getting my toes fully in their slots. Not my big toe but the others, especially the smallest toe. It takes some work adjusting them all in. But once done it it worth it...I really like the feel of these shoes as I am doing my daily errands. I also get comments and questions from people.

Wanted to love this shoe but not wear well. Came apart in less than a week use. Suggested slide down use does not work well with way shoe is made and lead to the wear of the slipper. Sole was seperating from shoe at toes and heal within a week of minimal use.
Love the color but didn't relize the sole was so firm. So I ended up with doing a exchange for a different style and softer sole. Otherwise this style itself is durable.. cute... as well as relief of anxiety about shoes.. as in a standard shoe my feet would feel trapped which led me to disliking both shoes and socks as I feel more free when I am barefoot and when I tried these on I was walking around inside the house and would go from 9am to bedtime 930 10 ish pm forgetting that I had shoes on till I went to get ready for bed🙃 I am very thankful to have found a tennis shoe I could wear and still allow my feet to feel free and not trapped in a shoe... as in reality if you need to run a errand its against the law to drive barefoot as well as against store policy to walk around public buildings barefoot 🙃 they are even comfortable to wear on the motorcycle. The first foot Pic of my right foot was before I tried paluva shoes as you can see swelling and angled or more curved toes... the one of my left foot is after just the trial period but about a week or so and already my foot doesn't swell and my toes began to straighten to there national position.❤️
Now I was at a craft store over hear another adult woman mention how odd and weird my shoes were i just ignored and didn't respond and her teen daughter about 16/17 looked at her mom and said mom its a style and as I kept to myself it made my heart feel joyful knowing not everyone judges out feet and what we wear..... but others do notice our shoe appearance 🙃🙃🙃
