Love the brand and shoes overall. This is my 3rd pair but this style is a bit difficult to get my shoe in. I thought it would get looser but still a fight after a week. The issue is the inner strap that goes over the top of the foot where the quilt pattern begins near the opening is too rigid and needs more slack. It's not painful but it's not exactly comfortable. I'm always feeling the tightness while I walk. The Miami slip on was much better design but I don't see that one anymore. I love the stretchy fabric most from my lite trainer instead. I don't have big feet and other styles are more comfortable so I see it as a design flaw of this style only, not the brand. Perhaps that's why they are less, quiet clearance?

Pretty comfy shoes
I have worn Vibram Five fingers for more than 15 years. The Peluva shoes looked more comfortable and I thought they would be worth a try. The Fivefingers are very job specific. One needs different pairs for different activities. The Peluvas can be worn on many different occasions. They are very comfortable.
One will not replace the other, but these are a very comfy addition to my wardrobe.

Wanted to love this shoe but not wear well. Came apart in less than a week use. Suggested slide down use does not work well with way shoe is made and lead to the wear of the slipper. Sole was seperating from shoe at toes and heal within a week of minimal use.

I love the look and quality but they fit extremely tight across the top of my foot!! I wear 9.5 and i ordered a size 10! Still extremely tight! I hope they stretch, if not im out 102.00!

No More Little Toe Blisters
My little toes curl under the 4th toe (caused by years of wearing high heels). As a result, I suffer from frequent blisters on the little toes. I have tried every kind of wrap and toe separator I could find, but nothing worked.
The minute I saw the Peluva 'toe shoes', I knew I had found the solution.
For the first few days, my toes/feet felt uncomfortable, because they were being forced into a different alignment that they weren't used to. It was even hard to walk during that adjustment period, because my feet felt different. After my toes and feet settled into their new positions, the Peluva's felt great. It reminded me of the way it felt to run barefoot in the sand as a kid.
I purchased One Full Size Larger than my usual shoe size, and that was perfect. Anything smaller would have been too short and too tight. I could have gone up 1 1/2 sizes and still had a good fit.
Metatarsal Note: If you have metatarsal problems, like I do, you will need to use the kind of metatarsal pads that stick directly to the bottoms of your feet. There is no cushioning in the sole, and no removable inner sole for placement of metatarsal pads. The 1 1/2 size larger increase will be very important, to accommodate the metatarsal pads.

These are the most comfortable things I've ever worn. I've worn other barefoot shoes for years, and go barefoot a lot, but the toe shoes are new experience. I use them indoors for workouts and just around the house like slippers, without socks. They are easy to put on and take off.
However, they don't breathe so feet sweat in them and the shoes will definitely get smelly because of that. I haven't had to wash them yet; will see how they hold up to washing. I don't want to use socks with these. They would be improved by either breathability or antimicrobial material.
Looks-wise, they would be better in all black, rather than black with white soles. But I don't care much as I save these for around the house. I have a different model for outdoors.

I am loving wearing the shoes! Because the shoes have toes my big toe on my left foot can not cross over the top of my second toe and cause callouses and blisters. I no longer have to wear my AFO for drop foot because these shoes have stregthened my feet and ankles.

I sure love these shoes and how they make my feet feel. My feet however cannot breathe and therefore are getting stinky. I am not wearing sock always. It would be great to have a shoe option that is made with natural, breathable material.

From curious to amazed
I saw these on Wirecutter. Curious, I thought maybe these could be good for my feet. I've never tried footwear like this.
I am amazed. I am using them (Zen Active Slip-on) as indoor shoes only. These are lightweight and so comfy, I wear them all day, without socks. My feet don't get clammy or hot.
The advice to size up by a 1/2 is accurate. I also used the foot scan tool which confirmed my size choice.
This shoe is amazing. I can't believe what I have been missing (comfort!) for all these years.

I am using these as house shoes/slippers, per the recommendation of Wirecutter. I absolutely love them – my feet feel free and yet supported! I’m thinking now of buying a pair of the athletic shoes to use outside for my walks and runs.
Sizing is tricky – the length of my foot is a seven, but I have a wide foot due to bunions so usually buy an 8 in regular shoes — and Peluva’s suggestion was to buy an 8.5. It was spot on.

I had to reorder a half size goin and these got very well. No slipping and they got like a glove. No pain in my bunion area at all. I normally wear a size 7 so I have half size larger. Great choice! I have a torn meniscus and wearing these takes pressure off my knee. They seem to be helping my walking.

Cool toe shoes
Its still cold here so I haven't worn my new shoes yet. They were on sale so I went for it just to try. They do slip a bit and there's no way to secure them but they are a casual style. I clean houses and was gonna wear them for work but haven't yet. I find my toes get cold when separated and I didn't want to get the shoes wet running back n forth to my truck. So , I like the shoes , easy to put on and comfortable but haventbrrally put them to the test yet. My sister thinks they look like sasquatch feet which they do and that's cool. Haaaa . I give a 4 star cuz of the heel slip.
