Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerI’ve never really worn toe socks before but really like these and think every shoe should come with them.
Everyday No Show Sock UnisexBought these for my teen - this is what she had to say : A thicker sole than I was expecting , however, this is my first pair of barefoot shoes so that may be the norm. I love the toe spread-ability and the overall feel of the shoe. I will definitely recommend these. (She’s got me convinced)
Takes some getting used to but overall, cool shoe.
Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerThe shoes seem great so far and the delivery was fast. I gave 4 stars instead of five because the email they sent states that everyone gets a free pair of socks with their purchase and I didn't get any. I reached out to them about it and so didn't get a response.
I am a size men’s 13… I really wish you would come out with a 13-1/2 so the fit would be perfect. I ended up using size 14 and it serves the purpose but 13-1/2 would be perfect.
Everyday No Show Sock UnisexThis shoe is fine for walking, but we REALLY need a dedicated running version. I saw videos of the founder who seems to be against running anything over one mile which is very disheartening. (Even the Army PT Test was more than that!) I doubt it will change anything, but after running in the Strand, I would love to see a slightly more breathable version with better grip for road running.
Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerI like the fit of the boots are well as my walking/work out pair. I just feel that the ankle rim on the top could be smoother or padded slightly. It tends to rub uncomfortably. But, I am still breaking them in so it may get better.
I bought these as a gift for my son who is extremely active every day. He was interested in trying them for foot and overall health benefits. He’s had them approximately 10 days and likes them so far. I would have given these five stars, however, they arrived without the free socks that we’re supposed to be included as noted on the FAQ page.
Comfortable for casual walking but definitely not made for long distance Sizes run a little small Overall I like the feel and comfort level
Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerThey didn't fit well with the Peluva shoes but in general they were fine
Everyday No Show Sock UnisexComfortable except for pinky toe on right foot. there is something in the seam that is sharp and rubs.
Women's Strand Lightweight TrainerI, at first, was afraid I wasn’t going to be able to wear the shoe glove as my family calls them. All my toes are “hammer toes.” I ordered size 9.5. That’s the size I get when I buy regular leather shoes. When I but running shoes, I buy size 10 because I always wear rather thick socks. I was surprised at how close the fit was. My big toe is at the very end of the space provided. At first the shoes did not seem to fit well, but I never gave up on them, and now they fit great. This morning I had an important meeting with my financial advisors. I first put on my Brooks running shoes. I didn’t want to wear them. I changed to my Peluvas and my feet felt great. Now I need your help. When winter comes I’ll need socks. Should I go to size 10?
Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerMaybe my foot /toes are not normal - but my small toe doesn’t fit in to the slot. It’s to short.
Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerLarge is too big for me and my shoes is just snug fit and no room for socks. However, I love the socks without the shoes on. I feel grounded on my floor.
Everyday No Show Sock UnisexThe pink was a lot more fuschia and less salmon-y than I thought it would be from the photos, but I’m okay with that. My feet are 24.5-24.8 cm long and 10.5 cm wide, and the Peluva 9.5 size was a decent fit. Not wide enough but the cloth gives way enough to be comfortable. I am enjoying working my toes, how grippy they are, and was surprised that the stack height feels great, as I normally prefer a more minimalist feel. I would love more choices in terms of width and stack height. I would also love a cotton or canvas option for a more natural feel. Overall, though, very comfy, I’m glad I purchased them, and they’re now my everyday shoes.
Women's Strand Lightweight TrainerLove the concept and love the feel when I walk in them. For Frodo feet they run a bit small.
Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerEven though they run big (my opinion), but you couldn't use anything else with the shoes. Nice fit.
Everyday No Show Sock UnisexLooks sweet , although finding it challenging to get the pinky toes in the right spot and feel comfortable. I have been wearing toe socks and toe sandals for years, which help in walking and playing tennis. Feet change so much as we age. I had been designing a pair of toed shoes when I found your website! I do have some suggestions for an easier fit when placing toes in the shoe. I’ve decided to stick with your loafer and see how long it takes for my pinky toes to find their way easily and comfortably to their designated spot.
So far going well. I had to return/exchange to get size right. That process was straightforward and simple and I am now convinced these fit and move with me right.
Men's Strand Lightweight TrainerLove everything about them minus the material. The polyester makes my feet sweat like crazy!! Would love to have a wool or leather variety and wouldn’t mind the extra cost…
Women's Strand Lightweight TrainerVery comfortable. I had to go up a size as the large toe was not long enough in my regular size. Exchange was very easy and quick.
Women's Strand Lightweight TrainerI prefer Ininji socks to the Peluva socks. I’ve actually thrown them away. Sorry. I like the shoes too but my 3rd toe is cramped in the shoe. It needs about 1-2 millimeters more room. I bought size 10.5 based on taking a picture and using your AI algorithm, but the shoes were way too tight, cramping my second and 3rd toes. I have Morton’s toe (2nd toe longer than big toe). My 2nd toe fits well in size 11 but the 3rd toe is still too short. This bummed me out big time as I so want to love these shoes. They are beautiful with clean lines and feel great except for my 3rd toes. 🧐 Thanks for asking, Chris
He seems to love them and the socks that come with them
