Comfortable, takes a hot minute to get my toes in the right place, but each time I wear them it is getting easier. I really like them. I went with the desert boot for the boho vibes . I would not hesitate to order again. True to size.

Fit nicely, my feet feel great and the look very nice
My fifth pair of Peluvas!
I am a devoted fan of Peluva shoes--I truly don't want to wear anything else on my feet, now that I know how strong my feet feel when they are allowed to move naturally! These desert boots allow me to wear a pair of shoes that don't look as "athletic"/casual as the Strand or Strand ATR version. I love these boots with jeans or khakis. Tip: I sprayed them with a couple of coats of waterproofer before wearing them out and about, which gives them some protection against damp/wet weather.

Super comfy!
I am loving these boots so far. They are so comfortable and soft. A great addition to my footwear choices for the fall and winter in California. I did spray them well with a suede protector so that they don't stain easily. I normally wear a size 9 in my other Peluva styles. I ordered this in a 9.5 due to wearing a heavier sock in them and they are just right.
These are my winter shoes.
This is my third pair of Pelova‘s and with a good pair of toe socks they are now my winter shoes. My bunions and hammer toe are healing. Thanks to these wonderful shoes.
My New Favorite Peluva
The Desert Boot is my new favorite Peluva., followed by the Zen Suede Slip-On and the Strand ATR. I don't yet know how difficult it will be to maintain the suede leather, but the fit makes it my favorite so far. Peluva's suggestion to size up a half size, rather than a full size like the ATR was correct.

It took a couple of (very well supported) returns to get the size and fit just right (def go for the return insurance), and it was TOTALLY worth it. Soft, breathable, and easy to don. Maybe one day of breaking it in and I was good to go! Thanks, Peluva! Pics are a 5 mile hike to Cascade Cove in the Tetons. Felt as great uphill as down.
So much fun
I can’t tell you how many compliments I get on these as I wear them for everything from hiking to work to church. They pair well with leggings as well as dresses or business casual. Peluvas have healed my injured back and helped me be more active. I now have 4 pairs, and you should too!
Feel-good and Compliments all around
Desert boot is my 3rd pair of peluva and it didnt disappoint. It’s very comfortable; i wore all day while out walking and shopping. Feet feel good at the end of the day.
Soft, supple and Very Comfortable
Very comfortable, soft suede, thick enough to feel substantial but still flexible. I ordered the same size as my previous Peluva’s but these seem to be slightly bigger. Took me a minute to get comfortable with the size difference.
Second pair
I like the fit of the boots are well as my walking/work out pair. I just feel that the ankle rim on the top could be smoother or padded slightly. It tends to rub uncomfortably. But, I am still breaking them in so it may get better.
Amazing! Would love a non slip patterned one so I can wear to work!
I’m used to being barefoot (most of the time) ever since I was little! So these weren’t an issue getting used to. Love these shoes, I wear them whenever I get the chance. That being said, I would love if you guys made a non slip one. (My current work shoes aren’t zero drop, and at the end of the day my knees & feet occasionally hurt due to them -and they’re sketchers.) I work in the restaurant industry and floors are often times slippery. I was going to buy the black ones as my work shoes but looks like I might not be doing so. I tested out the current ones just in the dining room (not on the clock) and I almost slipped. I’m otherwise over the moon for these shoes, they’re the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I rave about them to my friends and family even if I get weird looks I don’t mind! If my current ones ever wear away you bet I’m getting a new pair from Peluva.

I feel they are very good quality shoe. I've worn them a couple times. They are not easy to get my feet/toes in but the material is stretching and forming to my feet n misshapen toes. I'm glad I made thus purchase. Thank you for such great customer service and support!♥️

Cute, comfortable, casual, and healing. My mama used to say that my sister and I are "fifth generation of leather feet." Translation: on both sides of my family, we walk barefoot as often as possible. I'm hooked on barefoot shoes and, as barefoot shoes go, I'm sticking with Peluva. I hope they roll out more creative designs and fun, colorful, no-show socks! Thanks, Peluva.
