Can't go back to regular toe squeezing shoes!
These shoes changed my life! Almost had foot and toe pain no, matter how expensive or how much cushioning. Once wore these toe shoes for a few days, my toes stopped hurting and my workouts became more enjoyable. I really love the shoes! Only drawback is they get wet easily in the rain and puddles.
Great to hear they’ve made such a difference for you! The toe freedom really does make a huge impact. Thanks for the feedback on wet conditions—we appreciate it!

Game Changer!!
In the first couple of months, these shoes really helped with my toe separation and flexibility—except for my left pinky. Yesterday, while detailing my car (including the low wheels), I noticed my pinky finally found its spot! I was so thrilled that now all my toes are flexing independently! I also tried wearing my old pair after getting my ATRs wet, but they felt so sluggish, big and clunky. I switched to my second pair of ATRs, and with a little help from a second shoehorn to aid guilding, all my toes settled in nicely. As someone who had bunion surgery, I can tell you—this is a big deal!
That’s amazing progress! It’s great to hear how the shoes have helped with toe separation and flexibility. Sounds like they’ve truly made a difference in your comfort and movement. Enjoy your ATRs!

A mighty fine shoe
I do like it. It's a hair big, but I am enjoying these. I have been wearing these every chance I get. I may get another pair.
Glad you’re enjoying it! A great mix of knowledge and practical insights.

Trainer fits like a glove.
Trainer fits like a glove. I wore my shoes on a 10 mile walk, feet felt great. I was concerned that might hurt but that didn't happen. I certainly will be replacing my other minimalist shoes.
After about four days, my feet got used to this new type of shoe. I am genetically predisposed to hammertoes,. My mom’s and grandmother.’s toe woes., AKA surgeries, prompted me to be proactive in taking care of my feet. I wear a size 8.5 in regular shoes, a size 9 in Brooks , but had to size up to 9.5 for these Peluvas. They’re awesome! I love them!
Glad to hear you’re enjoying them! Sizing up was a great choice, and it’s awesome that you’re being proactive about foot health. Hope they continue to serve you well!

So far really good
I walk 20 miles weekly, in 5 mile trips...I planned to take it real slow with transitioning to these, but first time I wore them - I ended up going the full 5 miles with no complaints. They did scrape my lower Achilles raw, but I think that's more a function of the low-cut socks I also purchased (or at least preventable with the higher socks). I'm excited to continue to transition all of my mileage to my Pelota's.
Glad you’re enjoying them! For the Achilles issue, a higher sock might help prevent rubbing. Keep us updated on your transition to Peluvas!

Back in touch
I’ve been a fan of toe shoes for a long time. I stopped wearing them due to not having quality options. I’m back. Walking is why I bought them. What I didn’t think about is how awesome they were going to be in the gym. Love lifting in them. I’m more connected to the ground which translates to greater energy when lifting.
