Size up and up! They run small. I typically wear9.5 I had to go one full size up to 10.5. Love these, no more knee pain.

They arrived fairly quickly, even though they are from the USA and I live in Alberta, Canada! They took a week or so to break in gradually, wearing them a bit longer each day. I'm a woman, and it said my size is a 9.5, but I ordered the men's because the choice I wanted in the women's was out of stock in my size. I went down 1 1/2 sizes as recommended when a woman wants to wear men's shoes, and then went up 1/2 size to a size 8.5 because I want to wear socks, and that is also recommended. With socks, they still feel a bit too tight in the big toe - I feel like my big toe is too long for the big toe slot, so next time, I'll order a size 9 in men's shoes or a 10.5 in women's shoes, just to make sure the big toe fits o.k. However, if I wear these 8.5 men's shoes barefoot, they! feel GREAT on all my toes! I prefer to wear them without socks because of how comfortable they feel with bare feet! I walk 10,000 steps daily, and I already feel like my feet are getting stronger since wearing them. And a funny thing, I had a left knee pain issue before I purchased them, but after wearing them for a few weeks, my knee pain is gone! I wonder if these shoes are changing my bio-mechanics from my feet and further up my kinetic chain???

I play Pickleball at least 2 hours or more 4 days a week, my bunion and planters fasciitis has my feet screaming by the end of playing.. I could not remove my sports shoes fast enough. I have worn my new Peluvas at Pickleball now for 3 days and my feet are amazingly pain free!! Sounds like a too good to be true story but nobody’s happier than my feet!

I’m 70 years old. I love my toe shoes… and they sure draw attention. They are so comfortable. I’ve always loved walking barefoot and this is the next best thing to it. I’ve worn them with dresses, yoga pants and jeans - sure makes a statement!

I own 8 pairs of Peluvas and my Zen Active are by far the most comfortable for just wearing around the house. I am in love with their feel. Although I have worn them outside and on short walks they are my favorites for just wearing around the house and to the store. Peluvas have been a life changer for this 70 something old woman. I wear them exclusively and they are the best for traveling. I have walked miles in them all over Europe! My overall foot health and balance thanks you‼️I also will say they are a great conversation starter I have had so many people throughout my travels to ask about them and I always give them my success story and highly recommend them to everyone. They get more comfortable and normal every time I wear them. Love them at gym, doing HIIT, just walking around town. Feel more stable on leg days. Waiting for a navy color lol.

I’ve only worn these a few times but really like the feel and the balance between natural feet and a bit of cushion as well. Can be a bit uncomfortable on outer toe but I expected that during transition.
