I usually need to purchase wide width , but this show works perfectly for me. After trying 2 sizes, I did need to go bigger then usual. Disappointed that these are not waterproof as I live in Pacific NW but they feel like a most comfortable slipper with great support (I have a fallen arch and need to buy shoes accordinly)
These shoes are fabulous! They make my feet feel free and flexible. My only disappointment is that I waited this long to give Peluva a try!
Customer Service was amazing. I wore the first pair in pain for 3 days with one big toe hitting the edge of the fabric and rubber. I called customer service and they agreed to refund or let me try another size. I went up 1/2 size to a 9.5 and they are a perfect fit. In just a few days, I am wearing these all day long with no aggravation of my Mortons Neuroma in my left foot. I had used their online sizing process, but normally wear a 9.5 in my other tennis shoes. If uncertain, I would size up. They are definitely a conversation starter too. I get stopped everywhere with folks wanting to know more about this shoe.
These shoes are very comfortable, they look nice, and they serve their purpose as supporting the natural movement of my feet very well. I can even get away with wearing them at the office because my boss said it's a medical reason since I'm wearing them to prevent foot problems. The only way they could be better is if they made a Velcro variety because I personally don't like tying my shoes every time I put them on, but that's just me.
They exceeded my expectations for sure. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Truly next level.
I am pleasantly surprised how much I immediately liked my Peluvas. I have never owned toe shoes. They are comfortable. They make my daily hour long walks more enjoyable. I am glad I purchased the shoes and hope to purchase the other style in the near future.
Needed more and more room for my toes. This was the answer! Feels good and my feet don’t hurt anymore.
It took a little time to get comfortable in these, but now I can't tell any difference. Really no one has noticed the toes (or hasn't said anything) I definitely can tell they are working my feet differently
Just received my Peluva trainers and first day I wore them 6 hours straight and no worries with a new shoe. I a problem with a spot on the ball of my foot. They solved that problem. YAY I have run in them, walked on rocks and no problem. Your team met my son Don Freeman, Trail Runner Nation, in Austin. “Mom great shoe, you should get some”. OK so I ordered right them, glad I did. One thought I felt the material on his grey Strand shoe and the fabric is so nice, would be nice when you make some new ones make the grey for women. Women love grey. SO. Great shoe keep up the good work.
She’s loves them & has worn them every day that she could. We stain & waterproofed them before she could wear them so she had to wait 24 hours. That was the hard part.🤣
This shoe feels great. I was initially feeling pain in the webspace of the second and third toe on the right foot only, but the size otherwise felt right. To remedy the issue, I made a tiny incision, about 7mm in the material between those two toes, and the pain went away!
I sized up by .5 and they fit perfectly
It's the easiest toe shoe to get on that I have tried. It also seems there is a good amount of cushioning for pavement walking as well as Rocky trails. I have yet to test it fully on the trails near my house since the weather is so wet now. They do seem a bit to wide for the back of my foot but I do have a narrow heel.
I'm a fan! I get b/w 25-35K steps a day and my feet feel GREAT when I wear these!! I will be telling everyone about these shoes!
The stitching inside the toes rub on my toes, and it makes them very uncomfortable to do lunges in them. They also look very chunky on my feet compared to the Vibram 5 finger toe shoes that I'm use to wearing. I do still have high hopes for them since I'm a Primal Coach and I'd like to be happy to promote them. I just don't know if I got a weird pair or if they need some improvement.
First day was a little bit weird, then second day I was in love already and now I don’t want to wear other shoes that are not Peluva. I did like they recommend and bought half size bigger, but since my feet are skinny, it could have been my regular size. Even though slightly bigger, it fits good! I used to feel pain and discomfort on my feet after work and once I started wearing my Peluvas to work, I never felt better, no more tired feet! I supper recommend!
had to train my toes to go into right slot after conquered this found very comfortable, wore everywhere!!
I was impressed when I first tried the shoes on. They were comfortable and made my feet feel great after walking with them around my house for 5min. I did originally get a size too small but customer service allowed me to make the exchange and that process was very easy!!! I love my Peluva shoes and will probably get them in black as well!
These are by far the best shoe purchase I have made in my entire life! So comfortable for my feet. No other shoes have been this nice on my feet. I can’t do bikes, brooks, adidas, pumas, of k Swiss. The flatter the shoe the less sole, the better my feet feel. I just did a 4 mile walk in them and the only problem I really had living in Ohio in the fall is piles a leaves on sidewalks were a little slippery, like there’s very little tread on them. That seriously is the only complaint from me. My feet hasn’t hurt one night after wearing these all day long!
love the concept, however, the toes in the women's shoe are seemingly made for a man, and the shoe is WAY too wide for my foot. A narrow version would be excellent !!!
Absolutely loved these shoes! Very comfortable and enjoy walking in them. Takes a little time to put on but once I figured out the best method to wiggle my toes, I didn't have any trouble. I will definitely consider buying another pair.

I have them in black and they are great looking, but also extremely comfortable from the first wear. I normally wear size 8 in most shoes, but I needed size 9 in my Strand. I ordered 8 initially, then used the online sizing tool which worked great. Wonderful customer service - contacted via email and was sent my new pair. I love and wear Vibrams a lot - I still love them, but this shoe offers a bit more structure, yet still provides flexibility.
The day these shoes arrived, I put them on and headed out the door to run some errands. I’ve been wearing the Vibram shoes, so was used to the feeling of my toes being separated. These are much more comfortable than the Vibrams and can stay on my feet all day. They’re alittle boxy, and was wondering if that was because the website suggested I get size 10 (normally I wear a size 9). The laces also seem alittle long, and I have to tie a double knot. I love them, though. I’ll probably get the black pair too!
