Love how putting them on after working all day relieves the stress on my feet and working out in then feels natural
I probably should have gotten a 1/2 size bigger but they are game changers. Actually helping me with relief from Plantar fasciitis symptoms. The impact in the gym is what I got them for and it makes finding a stronger base to lift easier.
I wear my Peluvas every day. I have two pairs and change them out every few days or depending on what I'm wearing. I love them! I walk at least 10,000-20,000 steps every day, always wearing these shoes. I wish I had even more pairs!
Love them but the do need specific half sizes

I learned about these from The Model Health Show and wanting to find a better pair of shoes for the gym I figured it was worth giving these a try. The shoes have been fantastic! Took about a week for my toes to get fully adjusted to the individual toe boxes but now they slide right in. Will definitely be buying another pair in the future with some socks to replace my sneakers once they wear out.
I’m in stroke recovery with weakness and lack of mobility on my right side. These shoes are simply amazing. My balance is stabilizing and my stride is a bit more comfortable and confident!
Loving these toe shoes. I feel grounded every time I step out with them. They feel great while hiking and going for nature walks as well.
I have suffered from toe drag most of my life and these shoes helped me rebuild my gait, closed shoes really hinder how our bodies were supposed to work. I plan on buying the dress version to pair with kaki pants, I would love to see more for professional wear or semi casual business attire.
I started lifting weights at the gym in these shoes. After a few months of regular workouts I bought another pair because I want to wear them during my morning walks and when out and about.
I have never been so comfortable in a pair of shoes. I wear them every day, though I do get a few looks and giggles. I will buy another pair when these need replaced.
Skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised with my Peluva Strand. Have already logged many walks , some runs & even hikes thru the trails. Also, great customer service, knowledgeable & helpful.
Comfortable feet pain is gone
Comfortable feet pain is gone
I am staying for a month and a half at my wife's Spanish village. It has a lot of trails so I have been walking every morning and my Peluva trainer have made the walks more enjoyable because I can actually feel the ground beneath me. The thin sole allows me to feel the different surfaces and does not require socks.
The shoes were a little difficult to put on, at first, with the separating the toes to go in each individual slot. Once I got them on, they are very comfortable and have a solid sole that protects my feet on all the surfaces I have walked on so far. they are my favorite shoes to wear to the gym.
I've worn these for walks for a few weeks now. It takes a little while to get used to putting them on. I recommend no socks and a little foot powder. Still, it takes some effort to get all toes in. They are well built shoes and don't show any signs of workmanship flaws.
Got the shoes in hopes of gaining strength and relief from hip and back pain. Still slowly breaking them in. I have done two workouts thus far with no issues.
I bought these after experiencing feet pain. Before they arrived I started various feet stretch routines to help with the pain. After receiving these, my feet pain is pretty much gone. So comfy!
Only two legitimate complaints, but first it's worth noting that this is actually the best shoe I have ever worn in my entire life. For around a year I tried about three different barefoot brands, all decent shoes for what they offer, but none of them quite what I needed. It was getting to the point where I was getting intense back pain, hip pain, and pain on my soles all day long. There's no way to scientifically quantify this, but since I started wearing Peluvas, I don't have the pain anymore. That speaks for itself. As far as constructive criticisms, only two things to point out: 1. I love zero drop, but I've noticed that after a few months of wearing my Peluvas, the sole beneath my heal has somewhat begun to compress and wear out faster than the sole under the ball of my feet. This leads to my heal being ever so slightly lower than the balls of my feet. Essentially what feels like "negative drop." A nearly negligible difference, but it's still there. I am intentional about not striking heavily on my heal when I walk, especially when running, but some impact is inevitable. I've wondered if Peluva might compensate for this by designing some of their shoes with perhaps even just a half centimeter drop, just to adjust for long-term wear. 2. The second point goes along a similar theme. I have been wearing my Peluvas for 9 months. Already I have noticed the outsole beginning to fall off, and some of the seams along the toes are coming undone. Granted, I wear my Peluvas about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week on average. Occasionally I'll use them to play pickleball or walk around downtown. They definitely take a beating, but their durability nonetheless falls short compared to most other name brands. I'm happy to continue investing my money in Peluva, but I would also prefer not to have to buy a new pair every year. (A gentle third complaint could be that the Strand Lightweight Trainers in particular becomes EXTREMELY slippery on wet floors, but we can live with that easily enough. Just something to be careful about.) Perfection is an illusion and it's normal to have areas of growth. Unless I'm going to a formal event or a fancy date, I exclusively wear my Peluvas anywhere that does not allow me to be barefoot. It's not an exaggeration to say that they have changed my life for the better. The simple fact that I stopped experiencing daily pain almost INSTANTLY when I started to wear Peluva is enough for me to be a committed customer. They're comfortable, light, flexible, easy to keep clean, and as far as a barefoot shoe goes, the least dorky pair I've ever owned.
