Spread them toes
Like the concept and everything for helping the little piggys. Worn wide toe box shoes. First time having these and will be using them on my upcoming half marathon run (trail run). Pretty stoked. The suggested sizing was small but the process for exchanging them is fast though. No complaints. Can't wait to try them on the run!
Life-changing shoes!
I'm a Peluva CONVERT! I've been working on my foot health and balance as one main focus of my health in 2025. I have Morton's neuromas on both feet. At the beginning of '25, my feet were flat, bunions were re-emerging after surgery to have them removed from both feet in 2006, and my right toes would get a tingling sensation of painful pins and needles after walking just one mile. I started watching Courtney Conley talk about earth shoes and barefoot shoes. I now own several Xero earth shoes, Vivo Barefoot shoes, vibram five fingers and now Peluvas. Each shoe has served it's purpose in allowing my feet to splay, move and expand with each step. But omg... Peluva is winning for me among these brands! I now own 3 pairs of Peluvas - - the lightweight strand trainer, the mesh sports trainer and the strand ATR Peluvas. I can walk for MILES and MILES and Miles (and do so daily) in these shoes without *any* foot pain! I feel like Peluvas have given me back my ability to walk! - I am almost making myself cry thinking about how much better my life is now that I'm able to not only walk 5-7 miles a day, but I can do it with a weighted vest! I will add that I still need a thin metatarsal insert to help support my Morton's neuromas but this is an issue unique to me. It did require a break-in period for me, but I feel my foot issues are quite extensive, so everyone's mileage my vary here.

I have been wearing shoes like this since 2008. I've seen and tried many different companies that have come and gone with these designs. These shoes have an amazing design and feel more well-made than most others I have had in the past 17 years.

Good Trail Shoe
I am a long time Five Fingers fan but wanted something with a little more umph in the sole. These have more protection against sharp rocks than the KMD EVO which is my favorite Five Fingers. They do run small so always order one full size up…..especially if you wear toe socks with them.

I have fallen in love with these shoes. I have arthritis issues with one of my feet due to an old fracture and have struggled to find shoes that accommodate me. Tennis, running, golf, hiking—it would all aggregate my foot even with the widest toe box shoes. I had experience with other “toe shoes” but they never had enough cushioning to be practical. Then I found these Peluvas. The shoes are so comfortable. Just enough cushioning to let you go hard in high-impact activities, but not so much you feel like pillows are on your feet. ZERO issues with my arthritis—even after the most aggressive activities. In fact, I am virtually pain free after using these daily for just a few weeks. I have used these shoes for pretty much anything active you can think of, and I’ve ordered the new golf shoes. The only negative thing I can say is that people will make a variety of comments to you about these haha. I will never go back to “normal” athletic shoes. Thank you for this amazing product. PS: Definitely trust the plus one whole size up suggestion.
most comfortable
I was a little surprised by the closed but elastic nature of the shoe laces, but I quickly adapted to them. Just like my first pair I purchased last September, these shoes are really easy to get into super comfortable to wear.
THE SHOE THATS ALSO A TOE SPACER!?!?!
Peluva sponsored our last two Primal Movement events and ever since I got these shoes I've been hooked. The toe pockets provide a toe-spacer experience throughout long portions of the day where having shoes on my feet is required. They run a little small in my experience, I normally wear a 9.5M and a 10M fits me great! With Peluvas on I never feel like I'm compromising the natural structure of my foot while protecting them from the city landscape! Peluvas are like having your cake AND eating it too. Ordered a 1/2 size bigger than normal instead of what the information on Peliva site, said which is order 1 full size bigger than you normally wear. This was because I used the electronic measure device on the site, where you put a piece of paper on the floor and put your decided and your heel against the wall and take a picture. The form told me that I should get a size 8, which I did. Do what the Peluva site says and go full size bigger than norma for the Strand ATR shoes. Other than that, I have have only worn the shoe for a few hours today and I’m at the gym right now. I really like the way they feel on my feet as long as they don’t fall apart which I don’t think they will, I like them a lot and hopefully they will start correcting the angle of my toes and make them straighter now that I’m wearing correct shoes that are not crushing my toes together.

Strand ATR
Great fit and quality. I have been using them everyday for my 4 mile hikes with my dog in the Colorado Mountains. They are fixing my feet from many years of cowboy boot wear. I’m going to order another pair.

great shoes
use for walking in various terrains, Like having the feeling of changing surface under feet. My feet, toes right up the “kinetic chain” after 2 weeks. If not used to zero drop shoes may need a brake in period.
Solid shoe that works as advertised
This shoe does everything it says it does and is becoming my weekend hiking shoe. My feet feel great and the tread works well working through trails.

Love these shoes! I have wore them 5 to 6 days a week to every workout and run. They have increased my performance unmatched by any shoe I have. I do calisthenics workouts outdoors and they rock. I’m always getting asked about my shoes and my response is you have get a pair to know the experience. Health wise my feet have gotten stronger and it has helped with my neuropathy. The only issue I’ve had is the sole on the left big toe is starting to come apart. Probably because I put these shoes through hell. Highly recommend!

Took a few days to get used to, but they absolutely make walking and running feel more natural. I’ve used them for all sorts of exercise, including jump roping and lifting and they have providing unmatched balance and dexterity. I also love that they are suitable for all terrain! Highly recommend.
