My Peluvas
I received my first pair and am in love!! The fit was perfect, which I was a lil concerned about. The site tells you to go a half size bigger, but the scanning app said it was a whole size bigger. I got the same results a few times. My feet have been hurting for about 9 months since I did a huge remodel in a very short period of time. I am a trigger point/injury management masseuse, use a red light and LENS neurofeedback (which you can use on your body for pain) to no avail... I can go to work and be on my feet now and not have my feet in pain. That alone is HUGE!!! However, I want to also share that they are sooooo comfortable. It's as if I'm walking around barefoot but with comfort!!

These are great! Nice and wide, zero drop, no toe spring, and have a bit of stack height to them with out being squishy, but I can still feel the ground! For me, the size tool was accurate, no need to size up like the company recommends. My left foot is 25cm long and 9.4 wide, my right is 24.8cm long and 9.5cm wide and these shoes are perfection! I have medium to medium high volume feet and my feet do not feel squished in any way shape or form in these and I think they could easily accommodate a foot that is 10cm for those pizza shaped feet out there! If you have been barefoot for a while already, you will have an easier transition into these than someone just starting to get away from traditional shoes. If you are coming from traditional shoes, be patient with it! I had went to barefoot style and then tried going back to traditional footwear and wound up with capsulitis in the 2nd metatarsal in the ball of my foot. The podiatrist and PT were little help for me. It took learning on my own about what I could do and it took a long time but I am finally able to wear shoes with out metatarsal support again! It does still flare up if I wear shoes that are a bit tight so I try to avoid that. These shoes are perfect for my needs. I originally bought them just for walking but they have become my main shoes. Having to invest in the socks on top of the shoes is what had me going back and forth but it was definitely worth it! I also had to use the return process because I wasn't sure if I still had to size up or not and it was super easy! I chose the option that I dropped them off at a UPS store and they sent me the replacement! I want to say it was maybe 3 or 4 days and I had my replacement pair! It was so easy and so fast. No pair of shoes will fix problems with your feet, you still have to do the things but these shoes are definitely a great tool and I will likely stick with them long term. It's so hard to find a pair that check all the boxes and are wide enough for my feet and these fit the bill as long as your foot shape matches the shoe.

Fell in love instantly! I have serious foot problems. Bunions, hammer toes which affect my entire foot and more. As soon as I slipped on my Peluvas, it was instant relief! I was able to walk nine miles yesterday without being in excruciating pain in the evening. I plan on ordering two more pairs of Peluvas (and more as needed in the future), plus I already recommended a pair to my brother who is starting to have the same foot issues I have.

I’ve tried other “barefoot” style shoes but they were always too narrow. These are actually foot shaped, so my toes or the area just before my toes isn’t getting squished. Took a little getting used to, so I wore socks the first couple of runs but now I’m really enjoying them even without socks, the inside is such a soft tshirt like material.

All of the shoes are designed and styled better than any of the 5 toed shoes out there. Also, appreciate the thorough sizing video on the returns page when I originally thought the shoes were a bit too small even after sizing up. The more I wore them, the more I realized the fit was perfect. Also appreciate the durability. Also ordered the tan slipper looking ones that are fabulous for walking the dog in the mornings. I bought these to improve mobility and alignment, but use them on long walks, trail walks, errands, etc. Love them!

I do not have to worry about how my ankles and knees these shoes handle my step! My hips are happy as well! Definitely comfortable for my toe box and arch support more than other barefoot shoes I have tried! My Myoskeletal Alignment clients know I'm excited for my comfort and function. They also love the education during their treatments !!! Personally I want some elegant dress shoes too!
Added Benefit with Surgery Recovery
I love my Peluva (Women’s Strand ATR) sneakers! I really like being able to feel the terrain beneath my feet while having great traction that enables me to traverse unpaved, off-road areas. These shoes have also been a great aid in my recovery from hip replacement surgery. I feel very stable at all times while wearing them and they have been a great confidence booster while I increase my steps each day. I did have to order and return a few pairs due to sizing issues before I received a pair that fit perfectly. Thank you for a great product!

I love these shoes. I've worn this type of shoe several years ago and was happy to finally find these. My only concern was sizing. I was unable to use the scan method so I measured and using the chart ordered a full size larger. These are a little large, but wearable. My next pair will be a half size larger. Apparently my toes are short. 😁 I loved the Black Friday 25% off. Waiting for the next sale to buy a different pair.
