Shoes are enjoyable but fit size needs to be more accurate
I love the shoes but when I was doing the fit size test that you guys recommended it told me to pick 10.5 and it was too tight, I went to 11 and it is still too tight so I am hoping 11.5 will be perfect.
Another thing I want to mention is that when you return shoes and when you select the size you want if one isn't available instead of giving you a error it defaults to 8.5 which happened to me which was frustrating since it delayed the process and I had to return it again
Well-made and well-packaged, with information/instructions that are clear and helpful
The four stars is to withhold judgement about the long-term use of the product and the longer-than-usual shipping time.
It took a bit longer to receive this order than we've come to expect in this post-Amazon time, but it was worth the wait. I ordered four pairs of "barefoot" shoes to try out, three of which were recommended by Good Housekeeping. I am keeping the Peluvas and an inexpensive pair from one other company (for wetter trekking). I expect that the Peluvas will be my daily go-to shoes for everywhere I go, except for places where they might get dirty.
Although they are pricier than other options, the quality of the materials and workmanship, the fit -- everything about the Peluva company has been first class. I look forward to upgrading my star rating in a few months.

Good first impression!
These have a nice feel to them. Unfortunately, they were out of my size. I hope to get more in the future that I can wear with my new Peluva shoes.
Makes running and walking easier. Makes exercise more doable and lets my feet spread out the way they should be. The right one rubs the back of my ankle, and I wear mole skin to cover it, but other than that, great shoe!
I love them, comfortable, easy to put on, correcting my unbalanced hips, fixing my feet…..on and on! However, they stink! I have tried shoe spray, and medicated foot powder. They still stink every time and they make my feet stink. I have never had this (and still don’t) with any other shoes, sandals, slippers, socks, flip flops I have had on my 70+ year old feet! Please make some better stink-proof inside for these wonderful shoes and I will wear nothing else!
I use these for work, longboarding, hiking, working out (deadlifted 300lbs).
I’ve had hip problems for years and these really help.
only downside is they are a half size too big and the return policy wont let you return if they have been worn. (how do i know they fit until i wear then for a day?)
The shoes fit great, I'm using them as shoes for my job which involve running around a lot outside on grass, although getting the toes in is difficult but that's bound to happen with this type of shoes so I'm not upset about that. But the insides of the shoes can be rough in certain areas making the skin that's more sensitive irritated especially while walking, and my pinky toe started losing circulation for a bit but that might be part of my medical problems so.
The recommendation was to get a half size larger than normal running shoes, but I still went with the normal size Turned out to still be about half a size too big. My two smallest toes slip out when running or walking up a hill, and even walking on level ground there is far too much room for my foot to move around inside. I’m pretty sure there is a slight rise in the heel, in case you’re looking for a completely flat sole. Assuming you can get a good size, they are extremely comfortable (:
So far, so good
I’m still in the break in phase
My biggest challenge is getting the toes in the correct toe slots

Size
I love the idea and concept of these shoes. It honestly doesn't hurt as bad stubbing your toes either with the flexibility they have.
A lot of other reviews said to size up a half size so I did. However I feel like I should of probably gotten my normal size at an 8 instead of an 8.5. There's a little to much room. My feet don't slide out of them but when walking up steps I can tell they're lose and am unsure if I want to return for the different size.
Something I overlooked buying these shoes.... BUY TOE SOCKS. Another reason why I'm not sure if it's 5 stars is because I'm not a fan on no show socks. I have no other toe socks to compare but I feel if I got socks up to my ankles it would look a little off if not all black.
I am grateful there is finally a shoe that eliminates the pain my neuroma causes. With the spread of my toes, the nerve between my foot bones does not get pinched, and I feel no pain walking. Also it helps my balance because spreading the toes makes the shoe wider and more stable. The sole has enough cushioning for walking on asphalt.
HOWEVER, THE SHAPE OF THE SHOE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT‼️ This shoe is shaped for people with wide feet and short toes, basically Asian feet. Please consider the European shaped foot, and make two versions for every size.
I do like them purchase half size larger as recommended, although I have a narrow heel it does slip cause some discomfort after about 2-3 hours, I’m awaiting the socks to see if this helps. I wear them in my home only doing my domestic chores! I have noted a stronger stability when I bend over and my legs don’t get tired like before with my other shoes. As I broke my ankle a few years ago my stability really changed got weaker. I believe these are helping a lot. Looking forward to some good changes
The tag on the top of shoe picks at top of your foot like a burr. Need to design a softer tag material instead of a stiff plastic which rubs on skin contact.
This was my first venture into both zero drop / flat shoes and those that separate toes. Heard about on Better Man Podcast interview by Dean. Since I trust his input, I decided I’d try them. Being overweight I also worried how I’d fare. I’ve worn them quite a bit on lots of hard surface walking. I’ve honestly been surprised how well my feet have done. I’ve especially liked them when walking on sidewalks that alter with driveway entrances. I feel my feet and legs handle those changes in terrain better. Look forward to trying them on a walking trail. Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the rough stitching feeling in the pinky toes. Feels a bit less professional than the other toes and shoe.
This is my second pair of Peluva and I don't regret getting them. I try to exercise regularly and I had been exercising barefooted. Since I've received this new pair, my workouts have been much more comfortable with a much better floor grip thanks to the Peluva. I normally wear size 9 and so I purchased size 9.5 but I might have bought a size 10 for some extra toe space.
My first order I used a code for discount. I gave it a try and the product has exceeded my expectation so far. The packaging is nice and maybe a little overboard. I think it could be a little less fancy in that part. I do like the story behind the brand and it seems genuine. I may opt to purchase a pair for running to really test it out.

The ordering process was easy. And the wait time was not bad

Nice freebie
These toe socks are a nice touch and welcomed freebie, but I wish that Peluva gave the option for regular length toe socks. I use "regular" injinji athletic toe socks.
I strongly feel these shoes should come with several sets of socks or have an option. The laces are way too long for these shoes, I think they could get away with 1/2 even 1/4 of the length they are shipped with.
The shoes feel great, everything else is exactly as described.
They are really comfortable and I have already started seeing changes in my foot and feeling stronger and more free. It is really good quality and is comfortable to wear in any surface so far. My only complaint is that the laces are so long and there is no where to put them so your foot can get caught in the laces and make you trip.
