Men's Strand ATRGreat shoe. Takes a little while to get used to it
Men's Strand ATRI bought into toe shoes like Five Finger Vibrams because of the ability to mobilize my toes and strengthen my feet. PELUVAS felt great out of the box. These shoes dont strangle my feet, provides better protection, and provide far more energy return .
I'm 62 yrs old and developed minor foot issues. Viewed a brief video online & was intrigued. Purchased a pair of Strand ATR's for indoor workouts and really like them so far. I wear them everyday, toe separation feels great, and support is good (so far). For me a full size from normal was too much, half size larger was fine, and return & exchange process was top notch!
Men's Strand ATRBetter than a different brand I tried
Men's Strand ATROnce I got use to getting my toes in the right toe holes, I love them. Very comfortable.
Men's Strand ATRLove the shoes, I have been wearing them since I got them, I will say, there is no way to wear these shoes without socks, I felt the inside top of each toe in the show and the raw material in the shoe toes would rub them raw, so they have been working well with socks. Also it is a production to get them on and all toes lined up into their own toe. Today was the first day that I walked 4 miles in them along paved surface, I did walk in the side and in rocks and was amazed that I could not feel them on my feet. I did notice that my feet are sore along with my calf’s after wearing them all day, but will attribute this to my feet getting used to walking in these shoes compared to my other healed walking shoes. I did get the one size up and could have been even a bit bigger as my 2nd toe is longer than my big toe and is very close to the top of the shoe so probably a 1 and a half size bigger would fit more comfortably
Men's Strand ATRIt took me a while to get used to them not hurting my toes, I can wear them almost all day long now. They still dig in between my toes, only reason I can’t wear turn all day. Otherwise I like them, feet don’t hurt as much in comparison to regular shoes.
Men's Strand ATRI love these shoes. I wish they were more water resistant though.
Men's Strand ATRSo far so good with these shoes. One issue I have thus far is the laces tend to loosen up while wearing them and the extra lace starts to flop about as the stay-clip comes loose.
Men's Strand ATRThe shoelace design is a bit odd I would have liked to see more of a traditional way to lace up my shoes🤷 everything else is awesome 🤙🏼
Men's Strand ATRI have baby feet according to my wife. Standard shoes are to narrow and wanted to try something else. Wore these on a 5 mile moderate difficulty hike and my feet did great. It was a bit to get used to them but after a bit they were good.
Men's Strand ATRI haven't had them long enough to see how well they hold up but, so far I'm pretty satisfied. My one complaint, and this is true of all of the toe shoes I have found, is that they are only made for one type of foot shape. I have "Greek feet," so my middle toes get a little scrunched, and my pinky toes don't even make it into the toe slot. I fully understand that it would be difficult to have shapes that fit every conceivable foot shape. But... there are 4 main foot shapes that are WELL documented and would accommodate most of the world. I don't see why they can't have options for each of those 4 foot types.
Men's Strand ATRIt’s a different feeling having your toes spread, but it feels great! My only concern would be longevity, as I hike a lot, and think a protective layer around the toe box might be a nice addition, but I am speculating they may exceed my expectations as they have otherwise. Definitely recommend. I did order a half size up as well and think the automated suggested size might have been too small.
Men's Strand ATRAwesome shoe and love the freedom for my toes. Will say that the tongue is pretty hard and so low/unmaleable so that it caused cuts/rubbing on the top of my foot. Ive bought longer socks now and im sure with time and wear it will soften.

Men's Strand ATRWas skeptical about purchasing toe shoes, but these changed my mind. Definitely feel grounded when doing squats , dead lifts lunges and stretching.
Men's Strand ATRThese are super comfortable. I originally ordered the size 15s to the 16s. The first pair were too short with my big toe hitting the end. The 16s are perfect for my big toe but they are a little long on the other toes… My pinky toe is almost not even in the place for it. They are also a little wide even with the drawstrings pulled as tight as possible. Other than that I love them and hope to get a few more pairs. Hope they make an option for a little narrower fit so I don’t have to pull the draw strings so tight. The video below shows how much extra room is in the toe spots except the pinky toe spot.
My fist pair was a men’s size 8.5 (1/2 size larger than recommended) I chose men’s because I read somewhere that the toe box is a little wider than women’s. I’m really glad I did because I like the feeling in the toe box. But the 8.5 didn’t have enough room in the big toe box and they were too snug with socks. So for this pair, I ordered men’s again and chose size 9. They fit excellent! Here’s what I like about this pair: I like the colour, I like the extra big toe room, and how great they feel with socks on. Here’s what I don’t like: the laces type and colour. These laces make these quite expensive shoes look cheap. I’d give them a 5 star if the laces were a black or complementary green and the same type of laces as the first pair that I bought.
Men's Strand ATRI work out barefoot in my home gym, I bought these for outdoor work out activities. They are perfect for the purpose I bought them for. They allow my feet and toes, to be fully active. They are light, flexible, and protective enough for aggressive outside activity. They are well made. I deducted one star because 1st off, they are a pita to put on, spin how ever you want, but this is true. It does get easier but not the same as all my other shoes you can slide on in a second. Even though I did buy these to specifically do outdoor workouts, I have not found them to be versatile for other situations. I work on my feet and traverse various surfaces, I have not found them comfortable for me. These are not the shoes I would grab to run errands. Another note specific to my feet, I found them to be very tight across the top of the foot. I have to wear them with laces loosened to capacity and the sides will buckle a little. They do still fit and feel fine otherwise, and are secure. I ordered 1/2 size larger than I usually wear.
Men's Strand ATRI've only worn mine once so far and other then the struggle of getting used to having toe slots I have enjoyed the feeling of freedom for my feet. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I am usually barefoot but can't wait to wesr them again.
Men's Strand ATRI am a long time Five Fingers fan but wanted something with a little more umph in the sole. These have more protection against sharp rocks than the KMD EVO which is my favorite Five Fingers. They do run small so always order one full size up…..especially if you wear toe socks with them.
Men's Strand ATRLooks weird to others but feels good on my feet and toes! The Turquoise color is head turning. 😍 I love it👍💓
I added these in for one of my weekly rucks. Never done the toe shoes before but have used minimalist/barefoot shoes in the past. Two 3-5 mile rucks done so far and definitely adding more over the next couple weeks. I’ll try them out in the gym this week. Only difficulty I have had so far is getting the shoes on my toes. This will improve as I improve ,like I said 1st time with toe shoes.
