Best Barefoot Shoe!
I wear my Peluva Trainers every single day and I absolutely love them. I’ve tried various brands of barefoot shoes over the years and these are by far my favorite. They are comfortable, functional, provide stable contact with the ground and they look great. I use them mostly for weightlifting, walking my dogs and getting out around town. My anterior tilt has even resolved since I’ve started wearing them. The process of putting them on might take a little bit of getting used to if you’ve never done it before, but now it doesn’t take me any longer than putting on regular shoes. Socks definitely help and I recommend getting those too. This is my go to shoe!
I've had these shoes for about 8 months now. I went from wearing New Balance and Asics running shoes for every day activities to Peluvas. My feet were used to all the arch support and cushion I got with the other shoes, so there was an adjustment period switching to a minimalist shoe like Peluva.
I started off by wearing the Peluvas everywhere and for everything. For the first week or two, my feet would hurt a bit sometimes after walking in them for a while, but it wasn't unbearable, and I also expected this.
I run in them, bike in them, hike in them, and they're still going strong.
After about 6 months though, I tore a very small hole in the big toe portion of the left foot, probably while hiking and running around. But it hasn't gotten any bigger, so that's a plus.
I love how light and airy the shoes are. My feet typically sweat a lot when I wear shoes, but these are the only shoes I've ever worn where my feet don't sweat excessively. Whether I'm standing still or exercising, my feet always come out nice and dry.
I thought having something in-between my toes might bother me, it did take me a few days to get used to the feeling, but I don't mind it at all, in fact I prefer for my toes to be separated now.
Even with the fact that they got a small hole in them after 6 months, I still give em a 5/5 cause the hole hasn't gotten any bigger, which is very surprising considering I use my Peluvas for everything.
I plan on getting a pair of black ones once they're back in stock.
The only shoe that my flat feet don’t need an insole for. My feet feel so much better and more comfortable AND supported from heel to toe….. Each, and every toe.
Excellent. Please make more colors, I may just have to buy more white Peluvas and dye them... LOL
We need colors like Mustard, Orange, Turquoise, Yellow, Green, Purple and Red.

I am familiar with Vibram Five Fingers and also have work Inov-8 shoes for minimal soles. These shoes are amazing. I just took them touring in the redwood forests of northern California and the were SO comfortable. Thank you

Definitely like the socks and will be getting more. Especially since I immediately lost mine at the laundromat. They make putting the shoes on much easier, and makes traversing with them more comfortable.

I'll be straight, I've been wearing toe shoes via Vibrams for over a decade. I decided to give these a shot because meh, why not? PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! These things are BEYOND comfortable and the sizing system was super easy. I'll be getting the black variant once they re-up.
They are super comfortable! I definitely walk different! I can feel my bones aligning and the different muscles bring used! It takes a little training to get your toes in place lol but it's easier Everytime! I love them!

Loved this shoe. Great fit. My feet were protected as I went on my 3 mile outdoors walk. Too early to tell if my knees will feel better because of these minimalist shoes.
Comfortable, light weight with the right amount of cushion
I was pleasantly surprised by these shoes. I've worn other "toe shoes" in the past and have liked them, but sometimes wished they had a bit more cushion underfoot, especially for longer walks. These fit that wish perfectly. They have some cushion but still allow you to feel the ground well enough. They are light weight and comfortable. I used the foot/size size calculator and and it was pretty much dead on accurate. I would say that while I can wear toe socks with them, they are more comfortable without. I think I might want to go up half a size if I want to wear socks with them all the time. Over all I'm quite pleased with them!
