So far so good with these shoes. One issue I have thus far is the laces tend to loosen up while wearing them and the extra lace starts to flop about as the stay-clip comes loose.

The light weight trainer
They are hars to get used to. A bit difficult to put on. Still not sure how I feel about them.

It takes about five minutes to get the shoes on the first few times but gets easier. The inside under the toe area is a little rough but with the toe socks it's fine. Order one full size bigger than your normal size. I tried half a size bigger & had to exchange them. They have definitely made a difference in my feet/toes. It's hard to explain but my steps feel more stable. They are light & don't feel like they are worth the cost. But if they last, they're are!

I have worn vibrams for years. So when I saw a new company with five finger shoes, I had to give them a shot! I use these shoes for the gym, so I like being zero down to the floor. These pair are very much like sneakers. I like that the material is stretchy, but these are ones you have to wear socks with, I did not find bare foot as comfortable.

I have baby feet according to my wife. Standard shoes are to narrow and wanted to try something else. Wore these on a 5 mile moderate difficulty hike and my feet did great. It was a bit to get used to them but after a bit they were good.

I haven't had them long enough to see how well they hold up but, so far I'm pretty satisfied. My one complaint, and this is true of all of the toe shoes I have found, is that they are only made for one type of foot shape. I have "Greek feet," so my middle toes get a little scrunched, and my pinky toes don't even make it into the toe slot. I fully understand that it would be difficult to have shapes that fit every conceivable foot shape. But... there are 4 main foot shapes that are WELL documented and would accommodate most of the world. I don't see why they can't have options for each of those 4 foot types.

The socks fit well, except that they are a little lower cut than I expected. They do help get your toes into the shoes. I wouldn't say that I'm disappointed in them. But they are kind of thin. And I'm concerned they won't last very long.
