I’ve been a proponent of 5 toed shoes for a while and never found any that could stand up to heavy playing on the pickleball court. Then I discovered Peluva from another player. It took 1 return/exchange and a couple of plays to get the right feel and break in the shoes, but customer support has been responsive and great. And best of all, I have back my minimalist 5-toe feel on the court which I think helps make me more agile and less prone to injury. I would highly recommend these to anyone with 5-toed experience or who is willing to put in the time to build up the necessary foot muscles. In my case, patience paid off greatly!

Women's Court Ad-In
I exchanged the men's blk mesh for the women's court ad-in and I am glad that I did. One, I do not have to worry about the mesh fraying because these pair are leather.
Very nice quality leather and I find that they are easier to get on as opposed to the mesh pair.

Hoping for Bunion help
The Peluvas feel like I am walking barefoot. Knowing that I have the protection of a flexible sole is priceless. I am barefoot most of the days and when I go out I wear VIBRAM Five Finger shoes. 3 weeks ago I played 4 games in my regular, small toe box court shoes. My big toe was jammed, my heal and arches hurt so I told

Oh my!! I did not think that I needed to feel the ground under my lateral Pickleball movements yet apparently I do because I feel lighter on my feet and quicker feeling stable. I love that they have a slight cushion inside yet I think my feet are waking up to the importance of feeling the ground and feeling more stable. I love my new pickleball peluvas Isaac Alvear!!!!! I've been wearing minimalist shoes for a while and actually own a pair of five finger shoes. My purchase from Peluva was not a disappointment! I feel like I’ve waited my entire life for a shoe this comfortable. I hated every pair of court shoes I’ve had to wear to play a sport I love. This changes everything. I now have two pair and can’t stress enough- if you’re in the fence- just do it. I will admit, they can be a little frustrating to get on, but at this point, I can only say it’s worth the effort.

At first I thought they were too big.
Yes, at first too big both heal and toe. Talked to customer service (awesome peeps) and told to wear them several times on the court before sending back. After wearing 3 times on the pickleball court I was glad I didn’t go a 1/2 size smaller. Feet swell (especially in AZ) and the shoes formed to my feet and now cannot imagine going smaller or wearing conventional court shoes. I own 3 pairs currently (street and court) and thinking about a 4th pair in different color. The only time I don’t wear them is going out in the evening. Wish I could, though. I have bunions, neuromas and a second toe that is longer than big toe. Feet have hurt most of my life and now I have relief from pain and often wear my Peluva’s 5-6 hours a day.

Best Pickleball Shoe Ever
I have six pairs of Peluvas and this court shoe literally feels like I'm playing pickleball in slippers because they are so comfortable. I typically wear a 7 1/2 but always get an 8 in Peluvas.
My only complaint is I need different colors!

After years and years on the court, I started to learn more about the value of toe shoes. Then came my first pair of Peluva's - for every day wear. Then I started begging for some I could use for tennis. I did a happy dance when I saw the email announcing their arrival! I immediately ordered and eagerly anticipated their delivery. Haven’t played tennis yet
Thinking my toes are a little long as one seems to jam into the the front but I am going to give these longer to break in than more conventional barefoot shoes (worn them about 8 hours so far)….have barefooted for 25 years…I do like how I feel with my toes able to move independently and I can feel how that changes my whole gait in a good way… I am still searching for the perfect tennis shoe, still hoping I can play in them without jamming my toes…

I ordered the Peluva Court Ad-In shoes a half size up and they fit perfectly. As a coach and pro player, I’m on tennis/pickleball courts 10+ hours a day, six days a week, and I have bunions—these are by far the most comfortable and widest court shoes I’ve ever worn. I don’t want to go back to traditional shoes. I did wear through a pair in about two weeks, but despite the price, they’re worth it for the long-term foot health benefits.

These court shoes are fabulous. The soles are much thicker than, say the Strand, but with all the great flexibility and grip of Peluvas. They are perfect for pickleball and I think will last longer than Strand. I will definitely buy them again. Plus I like the shoe laces for fine tuning how I tie them. This also makes them easier to put on.
